Frequently Asked Questions

After completing your assessment, you'll receive a unique invite code. Share this code with your partner. Once they complete their assessment and enter your code, your profiles will be linked and your compatibility report will be generated automatically.
Yes. You can retake the assessment at any time from your profile settings. Keep in mind that retaking will update your profile and may change your compatibility report results.
Yes. Your assessment results are only shared with your connected partner. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select LoveMap → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the app settings. If that does not work, please contact us at sultanliaykhan@gmail.com with your Apple ID and we will resolve it promptly.
LoveMap is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and requires iOS 16.0 or later. An Android version is not available at this time.
