These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LoveMap mobile application operated by LoveMap ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LoveMap, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

LoveMap is a relationship compatibility application that provides:

Personality and relationship style assessments
Compatibility analysis between linked partners
Daily personalized relationship tips and guidance
Couple challenges and partner insights

The content provided is for informational and personal growth purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological or therapeutic advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

LoveMap offers both free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
Share your account credentials with others
Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
Provide false information in your profile or assessment

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LoveMap — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by LoveMap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LoveMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Compatibility scores and relationship insights are based on self-reported data and should not be used as the sole basis for relationship decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
